I called in this morning because my unit was noisey. Lee arrived and did the diagnostic and found my motor was going bad. He sat down with me and explained my options, he was never rushed, he explained it so I could understand it. Later that same day he was able to get the part and get my heat up and on. Thank you Lee you did a great job.

It is never easy to have to replace a system in a new house, especially after only 4 years and 4 months, but you and your team helped me through it.
I wanted to let you know how impressed I was during the installation of my new Trane system. Andy was a true professional throughout the installation process. The most important factors in dealing with service professionals are that they are on time and that they do a thorough job at a fair price. Integrity heating and Cooling meets all of those specifications. They do two check ups a year on my heating and cooling system and I always feel that nothing is left undone after they leave my home. We want to express our gratitude to you. If you hadn't come to check our ducts on the 6th as arranged you would not have found that gas leak and we could have had a nasty accident here in our house. We also want to thank you most sincerely, for taking charge and promptly arranging for Andy to repair the leak. Andy like your self is a very pleasant, confident person. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to us. After he had repaired the leak he said he checked everything to make sure all was well with the system up in the attic. As you know we are senior citizens and are no longer able to climb ladders saftely, so we cannot see what is going on up there.
We sincerely appreciate your expertise and competence. It gives us peace of mind to know we are in good hands. I wanted to let you know how pleased Jim and I are with our new heat pump. We are so glad we decided on a Trane unit as it is so much quieter than the old unit and is running very efficiently. Andy and Lee did a great job on the installation. Andy spent approximately 12 hours at our house the day of the install and worked non-stop until everything was completed. We never felt that Andy (or Lee) rushed through the job and everything was cleaned up and left in proper order before Andy left.
The level of service from all of your employees is superb. Jane is always so courteous and helpful whether shes corresponding via phone or email. She represents Integrity very well, and you are fortunate to have this lady as the "face" of your company.
Last by not least, we are extremely happy with Lee's service work. Lee is always cheerful, punctual and such a pleasure to have in our home. I can't say enough about his expertise and our heat pumps have never run more efficiently!
It was such a pleasure meeting you in December and I know from your positive employees that they are fortunate to work with you. It was our good fortunate to locate Integrity last summer when we had so many issues with our prior HVAC contractor. I recommend Integrity often to family, friends and co-workers. I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to let you know about the service you and your organization have been providing to us for the past few years.
In June of 2007, my wife and I completed the construction of our new home. Our three HVAC systems were installed by Hanson Heating & Cooling during our construction period. Shortly after we moved into our home, through acquisitions, Integrity Heating and Cooling became our service provider for our HVAC Units and our primary Service Technician has been Tim Reed.
Over the years, Tim has not only been our Service Technician, he has been our advisor when it comes to properly maintaining our HVAC equipment and saving us a considerable amount of money. Tim has also greatly reduced excessive equipment down time through his professional service activities.
Let me give you a few examples of Tim’s recommendations and activities which we view to be above and beyond.
*Our dryer vent was blowing lint into one of our units. Instead of conducting costly relocation of the vent, Tim described how we I could build a screened box to catch the lint which is working great resolving the problem.
*Tim recommended we participate in Integrity’s service agreement. The preventative maintenance conducted twice a year by Tim, has resulted in little equipment down-time. He identified equipment problems which resulted in timely repairs before any equipment failures occurred.
*Taking Tim’s recommendation, we also purchased an Extended Warranty Contract for each of our units through Trane. The initial cost of this program has been off-set twice-over by needed equipment repairs, since we purchased this agreement.
*During Tim’s last service visit, he discovered a potential electrical issue in one of our electrical boxes that services our main HVAC unit. This resulted in quick follow-up by our electrician to repair the problem, preventing any serious damage.
The above short list could go on and on, however, I think you get the message of how we feel about Tim’s work and how he represents Integrity Heating and Cooling. He is also the reason you were at our house checking out the possibility of installing a Humidifier on our equipment. Not only is Tim a great Service Technician, he’s a heck of a sales person as well.
Our thanks to Integrity for providing such a quality person as Tim who has taken care of our Heating and Cooling needs without fail.

Dear Mr. Lowe,
I am writing to commend you on the professionalism of your company and employees. Everyone we have dealt with in Integrity have been extremely kind and understanding concerning the trouble we were having with our heating and AC unit. We have lived in our home for almost 30 years and have been diligent in keeping it maintained and upgraded. When Integrity came out, recommended by Andrew Clark, they explained that our attic unit was incompatible with the unit outside and why. Although we have been with the same heating and a/c company for 28 years, we decided to go with Integrity due to their findings in the diagnostics. We have paid out a fortune in three systems since we have been here and not once did anyone go into the attic even when they did what they did the six month maintenance.. I was surprised when Andrew Clark went into the attic and used what sounded like an electric screw driver or drill. They discovered much that could have led to serious and potentially hazardous for us. Andrew Clark worked continuous for 2 full days, the second day from 7 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. non-stop. He replaced everything in the attic and made it look like new. He cleaned up after himself, carried away all the debris and still smiled and spoke with kindness. He explained every detail of the unit and took time to show us everything he did to be sure we were happy. After everything was said and done, he presented us with my favorite flower...a yellow rose... to show appreciation in choosing your company. I will be telling others about Integrity and the professionalism of your employees (Mark and Andrew)...We have permanently switched to your company because of the caring and professional way your employees presented themselves to us. We are very happy with our system and it is very comfortable. Thank you and have a wonderful day!
